Frequently asked

Quick answers.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. The initial consultation is a 30-minute call, no charge, no obligation. We'll talk through what's going on and whether the firm is the right fit. If we're not, you'll leave the call with a recommendation.

Where is the office?

Littlefield Legal operates from a virtual office based in Saratoga Springs, Utah, and serves clients statewide. Meetings happen by video, by phone, or at a mutually convenient location.

What does it cost?

It depends on the matter. Many criminal defense matters and standard contract drafting are flat-fee. Trial work, complex contracts, and estate plans are typically hourly with a written budget. Every engagement starts with a clear, written engagement letter — no surprises.

How fast can you get involved?

For urgent criminal matters, same-day or next-day callbacks. For other work, we'll typically set a kickoff within the week of signing the engagement letter.

Do you take cases outside Utah?

No. The firm is admitted in Utah and practices in Utah courts only. If your matter is in another state, we'll do our best to refer you to good local counsel.

How do I book a consultation?

The fastest way is the contact form — we'll respond within one business day to schedule. You can also call (435) 294-6806 or email Assistant@LittlefieldLegal.com.
