Background & influences

Two threads run through Dallin's career so far: the prosecutorial seat and the human seat. Years inside the system taught him how it actually works — how charging decisions get made, how plea offers are calibrated, what evidence holds up and what falls apart. Years of pre-law work in pharmaceuticals, real estate, and municipal government taught him that legal problems aren't abstractions; they're things that happen to real people with families, jobs, and lives that don't stop while the case moves forward.

The defense practice is built on both.
